Important Reminders

As we look ahead, please take note of a few important updates,

  • Students must charge iPads at home. Chargers should remain at home.

  • Please make sure students are aware if they are getting food delivered on game days. This helps minimize interruptions to instruction and helps the front office run smoothly.

  • Doors to the middle school open at 7:00 am

  • NO THIRD PARTY DELIVERIES ACCEPTED ON CAMPUS, ie, DoorDash, Uber Eats.

  • Tardies can be viewed under the Attendance tab in Ascender

    • A student who is tardy to class by more than 3 times per grading period may be assigned to before school detention or given another appropriate consequence.

    • Students arriving late to class will be marked as tardy.

    • Tardies count for every class, every period.

  • After School Detention will be held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week 4-5 pm, and parents are responsible for transportation.

  • 504 meetings are wrapping up for 7th grade students! 

  • If you are interested in a lunch bunch group for your child, please reach out.

  • NJHS applications for 7th grade students only  can be picked up  in the front office. Applications will be due on Thursday, December 18th by 4 pm! There will be no late exceptions!

  • NJHS 8th grade Christmas party will be Monday, December 15th during lunch. Sign up is in Schoology. 

From Nurse Nixon

  • Prescription medication requires a physician and parent signature.  Over the counter medications given per the bottle directions need a parent signature otherwise they will need a physician and parent signature.

STEP 2: Email Mrs. Oliver, the Attendance Clerk with a parent/doctor note.

YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO TURN IN A NOTE FOR THE ABSENCE TO BE EXCUSED.

  • DUES: Class Dues are $20. We accept CASH, CHECK made out to CSMS or you may pay online through Myschoolbucks.com.
