If your child will be new to China Spring ISD for the 2025-26 school year and is eligible for pre-kindergarten or kindergarten, the new student enrollment process is open.
The campus is offering dedicated enrollment hours on the following dates:
Enrollment Hours:
Tuesday, June 24: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday, June 25: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Thursday, June 26: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
Families who are unable to attend during these dates may visit the campus anytime during regular office hours after June 26 to complete the first step of enrollment.
Please bring the following items to complete the new student enrollment process:
Pre-k eligibility application* (Physical copies of the application are available for pickup at the primary campus.)
Completed new student enrollment packet* (Physical copies of the packet are available for pickup at the primary campus.)
Government-issued photo ID of all parents/guardians
Student's birth certificate
Student's social security card
Student's shot record
Proof of residency (Must be shown again in July)
*Students enrolling in pre-k must complete both the pre-k eligibility application and new student enrollment packet.
This process is for new students only - students who did not complete the 2024-25 school year at CSISD. New students must complete this in-person enrollment step before accessing online registration.
Pre-Kindergarten Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for pre-k, you must meet one of the following requirements:
Be eligible by income verification, or
Unable to speak and comprehend the English language, or
Be the child of an active duty member of the armed forces of the US, including state military forces or reserved component of the armed forces, who is ordered to active duty by proper authority, or
Be the child of a member of armed forces of the us, including state military forces or reserved component of the armed forces, who was injured or killed while serving active duty, or
Be the child of a person eligible for the Star of Texas Award (police officer, firefighter or emergency medical first responder), or
Have ever been in the conservatorship of Texas DFPS (foster care) following an adversary hearing, or
State considers the student homeless
